EICR:
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a report that assesses the safety of a building’s electrical installation. It’s also known as an electrical safety certificate, hard wire testing, or periodic inspection.
An EICR is produced after a qualified electrician inspects and tests a building’s electrical system, including: wiring, sockets, consumer units (fuse boxes), lighting, and switches.
